submitter of this information was Milton H. Waghalter, 3819 Gardendale,
Houston, Texas, 77092. Year of submission was 1992. He states that
Elizabeth's birthyear is 1811, and of course we know that can't be right if she
had a child in 1805, or even in 1824. I have written to him (July 1995) and
hope to get this straightened out. I do believe the marriage is right, as we
have no record of Elizabeth after 1840, according to the Wicker/Whicker book,

of his age." Priscilla A. Boswell, 19325 66th Ave, W., Lynnwood, WA
98036-5155, sent the month of May as James' deathdate, stating that she took
this information from the Denny Cemetery also. She also gives the information
that he moved to Iowa in 1851 according to the 1856 Appanoose County, Iowa

this James. He was 19 years old at the time, making his birthyear 1831 instead

Sally may have been the child of Barbara Foster, the second wife. Barbara had
two daughters left who were living with her in Tyrell County, NC, 19 years
after her husband's death. rcw
In the 1840 census, Barbara lived near brother-in-law Allen, in Tyrell County,NC. In the Stokes County marriage records, Barbara's surname is "Forester". rcw
