Benjamin went back to England when quite young and was there when his father
Thomas wrote his will in 1704. He died in either NC or VA according to "The
Wicker/Whicker Family", by R.F. Wicker, 1989. The Ancestral File at the LDS
Family History Library shows that his will was either written or proved in
February of 1784 in Granville, North Carolina.IGI shows his wife Elizabeth to have surname, Benton. I believe Elizabeth
Benton may be his first wife, and Elizabeth ________________ his second wife.
